Macintosh training

  • Beginners:
    I help novices become familiar with their new computers. I specialize in the Macintosh Operating System.
    If you have just gotten a new iMac, iBook or G4 and need help, give me a call or email.
  • Internet Connections:
    I will help you determine what you need to get online and configure your Macintosh computer so that you can send and receive Email and surf the Web. I can also provide instruction in AOL, Netscape, Internet Explorer, Outlook Express, Eudora, and others.

    Contact me regarding training in other software.

Web sites

  • Web sites:
    I can help if you need a website, or a home page. If you already have a website and want to make minor changes, I'll do that for you, or show you how to do it yourself.

Computer Service

  • System Software Service:
    If your Macintosh seems sluggish or doesn't seem to run right, I do system software repairs. I also install new systems or upgrade your old one. If your computer's hard drive needs reformatting, I can back it up, reformat it, and reinstall software. Contact me about other services.
  • Computer Set ups.
    If you have a computer I can help install a printer, scanner, zip drive, or other peripheral. I can help you get acquainted with the software that comes with your new peripheral too.

Digital Photography

  • Instruction:
    If you are having trouble with your new digital camera, give me a call. I can help you with the use of the camera, moving your pictures to a computer, printing your photos, and permanent storage for the digital photos. If you want to post them on a web page, I'll help you with that. If you are an intermediate, I've had Adobe Photoshop training.
  • Photography Service:
    Call me about other photo services including scanning and retouching your photos.

Company Policy

  • My training and service policy features one-on-one lessons or service at the user's location. Terms are by the hour, 30 days net payment. Refunds are 100 percent for unsatisfactory work.
